Monthly plan

Your 14-day free trial exists so you can decide before any money changes hands — cancel any time during the trial and you’re never charged. Once a monthly payment has gone through, it’s generally non-refundable, but if something charged incorrectly (a billing bug, a duplicate charge, a cancellation that didn’t take effect in time), email us and we’ll make it right.

Lifetime license

If Velox PDF isn’t for you, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 14 days, lifetime purchases are final.

How to request one

Email hello@pdfmarkup.app with the email address you paid with. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
